Littlewoods

Littlewoods is a United Kingdom company, based in Liverpool, it is privately-owned.

Founded by John Moores in 1923, initially to run a Football Pool. In 1928 opened a priniting arm. Moved into catalogue retail in 1932, and into high street retail in 1937.

Purchased by LW Investments Limited from the Moores family in November 2002 for £750 million.

Littlewoods Limited Registered Office,Sir John Moores Building, 100 Old Hall Street. Also Head Office for Littlewoods Home Shopping Limited, Littlewoods Finance Company Limited and Littlewoods Stores Limited.
